We’re a fast-growing local food and beverage company with multiple locations across Maui and Oahu as well as mainland . We’re hiring a full-time Office Admin to help manage day-to-day operations and support our team behind the scenes.
Position Details:
Full-Time | $21–$25/hour (based on experience)
Includes Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, and other benefits
Flexible, supportive, and fast-paced work environment
Your Responsibilities:
Process payroll across multiple teams
Manage QuickBooks: invoicing, reconciliation, bookkeeping
Maintain employee files, HR documents, and scheduling
Stay on top of daily office tasks with strong multi-tasking skills
Communicate clearly with vendors, staff, and management
What We're Looking For:
QuickBooks and payroll experience is required
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets and office systems
Great communicator and team player
Skills you should possess
Google Sheets or Excel
HR Symphony or similar platforms
Scheduling or vendor management experience
Background in food & beverage or multi-location businesses
